Forest marketed, USA (pain)

Forest announced on 21 March 2005 that COMBUNOX, its fixed combination analgesic comprising the opioid oxycodone and the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug ibuprofen, has been launched in the USA for the short-term (no more than seven days) management of acute, moderate-to-severe pain. The product received US FDA approval for this indication on 26 November 2004. Forest licensed the product from BTG.
